We offer two one-bedroom floor plans, the Linden and Sunset, as well as four spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plans: the Woodland, Barrington, Wildwood, and Eastbrook. Each floor plan is designed to provide comfortable living spaces with modern features and convenient layouts.     • Flats at 5th offers a variety of floor plans to fit different budgets and lifestyles, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes. Pricing may change as availability fluctuates, so prospective residents are encouraged to contact the leasing office for the most current rates and move-in specials.
  • Are utilities included in rent?
    • No utilities are included in rent
  • What lease terms are available?
    • We offer 9-14 month leases

    • All apartments come with in-unit washers and dryers!
  • Are apartments furnished?
    • We do not offer furnished apartments, but we are partnered with Cort who can help get you set up with furniture!
  • Do apartments have balconies or patios?
    • 1st floor apartments have patios while 2nd and 3rd floor apartments have balconies.
  • Are stainless steel appliances included?
    • Yes, the refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave are stainless steel.

    • No smart home features are available.
  • Do apartments offer attached garages or reserved parking?
    • Flats at 5th has garages available to rent that are attached directly to your building.

  • Is there a pet deposit or monthly pet rent?
    • There are one-time non-refundable pet fees. For the first pet, it is $350 and for the second pet it is $150. Then for each pet, there is a $35 pet fee.
  • Are there breed or weight restrictions?
    • Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, Chows, Akita, Wild, Wolf Hybrid and any combination of the aforementioned breeds are strictly prohibited. Dalmatians, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and German Shepards are conditionally accepted based on having a Canine Good Citizen Verification. Our weight limit is 75lbs.

    • Yes, the dog park is located east of the clubhouse across the street.
